SURFACES: LEVEL FIVE
Dog confidently walks up and down bleachers and does a 2-minute Go to Mat at the trainer's feet.
Two behaviors here: walking up and down the bleachers AND a 2-minute GTM. Trained separately.
The bleachers follow the ordinary staircases and the grated open-tread staircases with no risers. Today we introduced the bleachers to make the sequence clear to the trainers. How ready their dogs will be to handle bleachers will depend upon how prepared they are with ordinary staircases and open tread staircases.
The pertinent behaviors and cues here are: LLW/SDW, HUP (Jump: L 5), COME, GTM, TARGET for position.
